1. 条款接受Acceptance of Terms

通过访问或使用 A2A Hub 网站、API、SDK 及相关服务（统称"服务"），您同意受本服务条款（"条款"）的约束。如果您代表某个组织使用服务，您声明并保证您有权使该组织受本条款约束。如果您不同意本条款的任何部分，请勿使用服务。By accessing or using the A2A Hub website, APIs, SDKs, and related services (collectively, "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you are using the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, do not use the Services.

2. 服务描述Service Description

A2A Hub 提供智能体协议规范、开发者工具、文档、沙盒环境及社区平台，旨在促进 Agent-to-Agent（A2A）通信协议的开发、测试与部署。服务以"现状"（AS IS）提供，我们保留随时修改、暂停或终止任何部分服务的权利，重大变更将提前通知。A2A Hub provides agent protocol specifications, developer tools, documentation, sandbox environments, and community platforms to facilitate the development, testing, and deployment of the Agent-to-Agent (A2A) communication protocol. Services are provided "AS IS," and we reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time, with advance notice for material changes.

3. 用户义务User Obligations

使用 A2A Hub 服务时，您同意：When using A2A Hub Services, you agree to:

1. 提供准确、完整、最新的注册信息，并及时更新。Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date registration information, and update it promptly.
2. 保护账户凭据安全，对账户下所有活动负责（包括他人使用您凭据进行的操作）。Maintain the security of your account credentials and be responsible for all activities under your account (including actions taken by others using your credentials).
3. 遵守所有适用的法律法规，包括但不限于数据保护法和出口管制法。Comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to data protection and export control laws.
4. 不得干扰、破坏或试图未经授权访问服务或其相关系统。Not interfere with, disrupt, or attempt unauthorized access to the Services or their related systems.
5. 年满 18 周岁（或您所在司法管辖区规定的法定签约年龄）。Be at least 18 years of age (or the legal age of contractual consent in your jurisdiction).

4. 智能体规范Agent Code of Conduct

通过 A2A Hub 部署、发布或运营智能体时，您必须确保您的智能体不从事以下禁止行为：When deploying, publishing, or operating agents through A2A Hub, you must ensure your agents do not engage in the following prohibited activities:

• 发送垃圾消息、进行拒绝服务攻击或恶意消耗网络资源Sending spam, conducting denial-of-service attacks, or maliciously consuming network resources
• 冒充其他智能体、用户或服务进行欺诈或误导Impersonating other agents, users, or services for fraud or deception
• 传播恶意代码、病毒、蠕虫或任何破坏性程序Distributing malicious code, viruses, worms, or any destructive programs
• 抓取、爬取或以其他未经授权的方式大规模提取服务数据Scraping, crawling, or otherwise extracting Service data at scale without authorization
• 违反任何适用的隐私法收集、存储或传输个人数据Collecting, storing, or transmitting personal data in violation of applicable privacy laws
• 生成或传播非法、仇恨、暴力、骚扰或露骨内容Generating or disseminating illegal, hateful, violent, harassing, or explicit content
• 绕过或试图绕过 A2A Hub 的安全措施、速率限制和身份验证机制Bypassing or attempting to bypass A2A Hub's security measures, rate limits, and authentication mechanisms
• 利用服务进行任何违法活动或促成违法活动Using the Services for any illegal activity or facilitating illegal activity

违反上述规范可能导致立即暂停或终止您的账户及智能体访问权限，恕不另行通知。Violation of these rules may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account and agent access without prior notice.

5. 咨询与确认Payment and Billing

部分高级功能（如增强型沙盒环境、大规模部署能力、企业支持）可能需要付费。所有方案以美元（USD）计价，除非另行说明。方案不予退还，除非法律另有规定或服务存在重大缺陷且未在合理期限内修复。我们保留在提前 30 天通知后调整参考报价的权利。如果您在参考报价调整生效后继续使用付费服务，即表示您接受新参考报价。Some premium features (such as enhanced sandbox environments, large-scale deployment capabilities, and enterprise support) may require payment. All fees are in USD unless otherwise stated. Fees are non-refundable unless required by law or the Services are materially defective and not remedied within a reasonable period. We reserve the right to adjust pricing with 30 days' notice. Continued use of paid Services after the effective date of a price adjustment constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

6. 知识产权Intellectual Property

6.1 用户保留所有权User Ownership

您保留您通过服务上传、创建或部署的所有内容（包括智能体代码、配置和数据）的所有知识产权。您授予 A2A Hub 一项全球性、非排他性、免版税的许可，仅用于为您提供服务所必需的目的（如托管、传输、展示）。You retain all intellectual property rights in all content you upload, create, or deploy through the Services (including agent code, configurations, and data). You grant A2A Hub a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license solely as necessary to provide the Services to you (e.g., hosting, transmitting, displaying).

6.2 平台授权Platform License

A2A Hub 本身（包括网站、协议规范、平台代码和品牌资产）的所有权归 A2A Hub 所有。A2A 协议核心规范和 SDK 根据 MIT 许可证开源；文档根据 CC BY 4.0 许可。详见我们的版权声明页面。A2A Hub itself (including the website, protocol specifications, platform code, and brand assets) is owned by A2A Hub. The A2A protocol core specification and SDKs are open-sourced under the MIT License; documentation is licensed under CC BY 4.0. See our Copyright Notice page for details.

7. 免责声明Disclaimer of Warranties

服务以"现状"（AS IS）和"可用"（AS AVAILABLE）为基础提供，不附带任何形式的明示或默示保证，包括但不限于适销性、特定用途适用性、所有权和不侵权的默示保证。我们不保证服务不间断、及时、安全或无误。您使用服务的风险由您自行承担。任何从 A2A Hub 或通过服务获得的口头或书面建议或信息，均不构成本条款未明确规定的保证。The Services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. Your use of the Services is at your own risk. No oral or written advice or information obtained from A2A Hub or through the Services will create any warranty not expressly stated in these Terms.

8. 责任限制Limitation of Liability

在法律允许的最大范围内，A2A Hub 及其关联方、管理人员、员工和代理人对任何间接、附带、特殊、惩罚性或结果性损害不承担责任，包括但不限于利润损失、数据丢失、商誉损失、服务中断、计算机损坏或系统故障，无论基于何种责任理论（合同、侵权或其他），即使已被告知此类损害的可能性。在任何情况下，A2A Hub 对您所有索赔的总累计责任不超过以下两者中较高者：(a) 您在过去 12 个月内为引起索赔的服务咨询的方案金额，或 (b) 100 美元。To the maximum extent permitted by law, A2A Hub and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, goodwill, service interruption, computer damage, or system failure, regardless of the theory of liability (contract, tort, or otherwise), even if advised of the possibility of such damages. In no event shall A2A Hub's total cumulative liability for all claims exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid for the Services giving rise to the claim in the past 12 months, or (b) USD 100.

9. 终止条款Termination

您可以随时通过账户设置或联系支持团队终止您的账户。我们可以在以下情况下暂停或终止您的访问：(a) 违反本条款；(b) 应法律或监管要求；(c) 长期不活动（超过 12 个月未登录）；(d) 停止相关服务。终止后，本条款中按其性质应在终止后继续有效的条款（包括但不限于知识产权、免责声明、责任限制和争议解决）将继续有效。You may terminate your account at any time through account settings or by contacting the support team. We may suspend or terminate your access if: (a) you violate these Terms; (b) required by law or regulatory action; (c) prolonged inactivity (no login for 12+ months); or (d) we discontinue the relevant Services. Upon termination, provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including but not limited to intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and dispute resolution) shall survive.

10. 争议解决Dispute Resolution

10.1 非正式解决Informal Resolution

在提起任何正式法律程序之前，双方同意首先通过非正式协商善意解决任何争议。您同意首先通过 legal@a2ahub.com 联系我们，双方将尝试在 30 天内通过协商解决争议。Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute in good faith through informal negotiation. You agree to first contact us at legal@a2ahub.com, and the parties shall attempt to resolve the dispute through negotiation within 30 days.

10.2 仲裁Arbitration

如非正式协商未能解决争议，任何一方可将争议提交中国国际经济贸易仲裁委员会（CIETAC）按其届时有效的仲裁规则在北京进行仲裁。仲裁裁决为终局裁决，对双方均有约束力。仲裁应以中文进行。双方同意以个人身份进行仲裁，而非作为集体诉讼、合并诉讼或代表诉讼的一部分。If informal negotiation fails to resolve the dispute, either party may submit the dispute to the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (CIETAC) for arbitration in Beijing in accordance with its then-effective arbitration rules. The arbitration award shall be final and binding on both parties. Arbitration shall be conducted in Chinese. The parties agree to arbitrate on an individual basis, not as part of a class, consolidated, or representative action.

10.3 管辖法律Governing Law

本条款受中华人民共和国法律管辖并依其解释，冲突法规则除外。《联合国国际货物销售合同公约》不适用于本条款。These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China, excluding its conflict of laws rules. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply to these Terms.

11. 条款修改Changes to Terms

我们保留随时修改本条款的权利。重大修改将通过网站公告、电子邮件或在您登录时通知。修改后的条款将在发布后 30 天生效（除非法律要求更长的通知期）。在条款修改生效后继续使用服务即表示您接受修改后的条款。如果您不同意修改，应停止使用服务并在修改生效前终止账户。We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material modifications will be communicated via website announcement, email, or upon login. Modified Terms become effective 30 days after posting (unless a longer notice period is required by law). Continued use of the Services after the effective date of modified Terms constitutes acceptance. If you disagree with the modifications, you should stop using the Services and terminate your account before the effective date.

12. 一般条款General Provisions

1. 可分割性：如果本条款的任何规定被认定为不可执行或无效，该规定将在必要的范围内被限制或删除，其余规定仍然完全有效。Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
2. 完整协议：本条款构成双方关于主题事项的完整协议，取代所有先前和同期的书面或口头谅解和协议。Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the parties regarding the subject matter and supersede all prior and contemporaneous understandings and agreements, written or oral.
3. 弃权：未能执行本条款的任何权利或规定不构成对该权利或规定的弃权。Waiver: Failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
4. 不可抗力：任何一方对因超出其合理控制范围的原因（包括自然灾害、战争、恐怖主义、政府行为、网络攻击或基础设施故障）导致的延迟或未能履行不承担责任。Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for delays or failures in performance resulting from causes beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, terrorism, government actions, cyber-attacks, or infrastructure failures.
5. 转让：未经我们事先书面同意，您不得转让本条款项下的权利或义务。我们可自由转让本条款。Assignment: You may not assign your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may freely assign these Terms.
